Gobi 65
INGREDIENTS:
- Corn flour 2tsp
- Rice flour 4tsp
- Chilli powder 1tsp
- Corriander powder 2tsp
- Cauliflower 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Turmeric a pinch
- Garam masala
- Salt as required
- Lemon optional
METHOD:
- Boil water in a vessel and add pinch of turmeric to it. Once water starts boiling well turn off flame and add the cut pieces of cauliflower to it. And let it sit in boiled water for 5 mins
- After that remove the cauliflower from water and place in a bowl. Make sure no excess water is there.
- Now to the cauliflower add in the ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, corriander powder,salt, garam masala and rice flour and corn flour
- Now toss these well together with cauliflower and sprinkle little water to adjust so that masala coats well in cauliflower.
- Now heat oil in kadai and deep fry .
- It’s ready.
