Ingredients:
- Chicken 300grms
- Lemon 1tsp
- Curd 3tsp
- Salt to taste
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2tsp
- Daniya powder 1tsp
- Garam masala 1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Clean the chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients given and mix them all togather well to coat each chicken pieces evenly.
- Let it marinate for about 1 hr.
- Turn the microwave ON and click the grill mode and set time for 20 mins and place the chicken pieces on the grill rack and place it inside the oven.
- Now once completed 20mins take the grillrack out and turn the chicken pieces and place them again 20mins.
- Now its done . Its really oil free and healthy for any age.
- Note: i have used a convenction and grill type oven you can also use otg.
