Khoa is nothing but the dried milk. Familarly known as paalkhoa.
Preparation time: 1.30 hrs
Things required:
1.5 ltrs fresh full fat milk.
Method:
Take a kadai and add this milk . keep flame high till the milk starts to boil. once boiling started low the flame from medium to low.
continuous stirring is required in regular interals else the milk may rise up. stir and stir . milk turns into cream and following thickens on continuous stirring and reaches a state where it looks like rabri {a sweet}
Now again the bubble like burst out will be seen and it shows the presence of water content so still until these bubbles rising subside completely.
Turn off the flame and let this khoa cool.
Now you can refrigerate it and use in any of your sweet recpies.
