INGREDIENTS:
1)curd 1 cup
2)water 1 1/2 cup adjust to runny texture
3)turmeric
4) salt
For seasoning:
• mustard seeds
• red chilli 2
• jeera
• curry leaves
• hing
For grinding:
• green chilli 2
• toor dal soaked 1hr (3tsp)
• ginger small bits 4pcs
METHOD:
1)grind the ingredients listed for grinding into slightly coarse paste adding water.
2)take the curd in the same mixie jar and pulse it 3 times until Curd turn complete creamy.
3)add the ground chilli toor dal paste to the curd and add mix well and add water.
4) now add turmeric and salt as required. Now the curd part is ready.
5) now take a kadai add 3tsp oil. Add mustard ,jeera,red chilli ,curry leaves and finally hing. Once mustard splutters add in the curd mixture.
6)let it boil for 5 mins . Don’t forget to stir inbetween.
7)garnish with coriander. Done.
