Ingredients:
- Mustard seeds
- Jeera
- Curry leaves
- Dry Red chilli 1
- Onion 1
- Garlic 5
- Chilli 1
- Gingergarlic paste 1tsp
- Tomato 1 small
- Toor dal 1/2 cup soaked 1hr
- Palak 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric a pinch
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard , jeera and red chilli.
- When mustard splutters add curry leaves, onion, garlic and green chilli.
- Saute well till onion becomes transparent and add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes away.
- Now add tomato and saute till it becomes mushy and add turmeric and salt.
- Also add toor dal and palak and mix everything well togather.
- Now add 1 1/2 cup of water and close the lid.
- Cook for 3 to 4 whistles and turn off.
- Once pressure is released add some corriander and serve.
