- Channa dal 1 cup
- Onion 1 medium
- Curry leaves
- Chilli 2
- Palak cleaned and chopped well 1cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Soak the channa dal for 2 hrs and grind it little coarse.
- Now add to it onion,salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped palak,chopped chilli, curry leaves and chopped corriander.
- Mix them well.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Heat a pan with oil for deep fry.
- Now take the batter a little and pat it in shape of vada and deep fry it.
- Serve hot.
