Ingredients:
- Prawns 200 gms
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Corn flour 3 tsp
- Rice flour 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1/2 tsp
Directions:
- Clean the prawns well and add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, rice flour, garam masala and sprinkle some water and lemon and make the masala coat all the prawns well.
- Keep it marinated for 30mins.
- Now heat a kadai and deep fry the prawns till the prawns are well cooked.
- Serve with pudina chutney or ketchup.
