Beginners or bachelors recipe. Because a fish fry is simplest one in non veg dish.
lets start.
Preparation time : 5mins
Marination time: 1hr
Cooking time 10mins
Things required:
- 3 tablespoonKashmiri chilli powder
- 3/4 tbs salt (check and add as per your taste)
- pinch turmeric powder
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 egg (optional)
- 4 tbs water to make paste
Method:
Add all the mentioned things in a bowl and mix them well to make the masala paste.
Wash the fish gently for 3 times atleast and add rock salt and wash lastly.
now take each slice and apply masala all over on each slices and let it to marinate for 1hr
Now take a fry pan and shallow fry the fish till it turns to the dark brown color as shown in the picture. Each set of fry may take approx 10 mins to cook fish comeletely.
Note: You can also make the masala by just adding salt, turmeric and chilli powder and marinate and fry the fish. It also takes so yummy.
