INGREDIENTS:
- Milk 1 cup 250ml
- Corn flour 2tsp
- Vanilla escence 1tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Take a pan and pour the milk and bring it to boil for 3mins. In a small cup add 5tsp milk and 2tsp corn flour and mix well .
- Add this mix into the boiling milk and mix well no lumps should be formed.Boil this for 5 mins.
- Now let this come to room temperature.Move this into a bowl and freeze it for 2hrs.
- After 2hrs take this and put it in a mixer jar and blend it for 2 mins.
- Now this blended thing should be poured in a box and put it in freezer for minimum 8hrs.
- After 8hrs the icecream is ready to be scooped and served.
