Ingredients:
- 1cup wheat rava
- 1 medium size onion
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon Urad dal
- 1 tablespoon Channa dal
- 2 Red chilli
- Salt as per requirement.
- 2 1/2 cup water.
- Oil
Method:
Step 1: Take a pressure cooker and add 3tablespoon of oil.
Step2: once oil is hot add in seasoning things mustard, Urad dal, Channa dal, red chilli and curry leaves.
Step3: once mustard splutters add in sliced onions and saute till onion turns golden brown.
Step 4: now add wheat rava and salt and saute for a minute.
Step 5: Now add 2 1/2 cup of water and once started to boil close the lid and put on weight.
Step 6: wait for 2 whistles and turn off the stove.
Delicious wheat rava upma is ready to be served…
